On Jan. 30th we were scheduled for an Air conditioner and furnace check up.
Two men showed up at our door, namely Al and Justin.
We found Al to be a very impressive and knowledgeable consultant.
We found Justin to be a highly motivated young man who knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. We were impressed with the quality of service people that you employ.
We will recommend this company to any of our friends and neighbors.

On March 29th, 2010 we had a service call on our A/C unit. The service tech was Michael Fields, Employee # 3174, and we just wanted to compliment him on a job well done.
The job was a little more than we expected and Michael explained what needed to be done in a very professional way. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and is a real asset to your company. He went out of his way to call the office a couple of times for clarification and of course to appease my husband who at first wasn’t too happy.
Michael made us feel that he cared and also gave u s a feeling of confidence. In the future if we may we would like to request that only he come and service our A/C unit.

I just wanted to take the time to commend your service man Brandon. He came to my home on 16 Feb.’10 to do a maintenance check up on my air conditioner. Brandon did such a good thorough job. He even took time to pull out my fan and motor, which is something they always skip on these inspections, because it’s too much trouble. Well, thank the lord Brandon didn’t see it as “too much trouble”, rather as “it’s part of my job.” Luckily for me he was willing to do his job right. The capacitor is in the back and pulling all that stuff out is the only way to get to it. The capacitor only was pulling about a 3 and is supposed to pull 7 (or 7 something). It was costing me more on electric plus straining the system. I bought a new one. Thank you again Brandon. You did a great service and made more for you company. He also discovered a hole above the A coils that was sucking in dust and dirt. I bought the expensive filter, thinking I wouldn’t have clogged coils anymore. To no avail, I still keep having heavy dirt on the coils. Once Brandon discovered the hole and patched it, maybe my filter will do its job properly. Thank you Brandon for a mystery solved. Now my coils won’t get so filthy, so fast. All these years, people have come to do the same service Brandon did, and never did it right. Brandon gives the service you pay for, which doesn’t usually happen these days. Finally I got what I paid for!

Yesterday, one of your servicemen, Michael, came to our home to give us an estimate
on making major changes to the system we have or putting in all new air conditioner
and furnace. Because everything is working (although not as efficiently as it should), we
decided to wait until we have to do something.
But, I wanted to tell you what a wonderful representative of your company Michael is.
He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful as well as just being a nice guy. Last year,
I had your company come to check my systems and Alex came. Again, he was courteous,
knowledgeable and helpful. Neither of these men was pushy, which we appreciated.
I looked you up online at the Better Business Bureau site before I called this time and was
happy to see you're A- rating. Most of the businesses like yours aren't members of BBB and
that makes me think they have something to hide.
Believe me, when we wanted to replace our systems, you will be the one that we call. I
would also recommend you to my friends.
I would like to start off by thanking Desert Valley Aire for a
wonderful year of professional service and outstanding techs
and office staff. On my most recent check up the tech was
polite and very helpful. He was on time, clean and most of all
very professional. He helped me understand the type of a/c
units I have and how to keep them up. I am a single mom of 3
boys and something as simple as keeping my vents wide open
at all times was not on my list of things to do. He was kind
enough to take care of that for me. It's not his job but that's the
kind of helpfulness that your company has that no other does.
